This 6 week programme is designed to help you gently but effectively manage your phobia

As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I work with both the conscious patterns (your thoughts and behaviours) and the subconscious responses (your automatic, physical reactions) that keep your phobia in place. We’ll address both with empathy, structure, and calmness.
How It Works
Over 6 to 8 sessions (depending on the nature and severity of your phobia), we’ll work together to:
Understand how your phobia developed and how it’s being reinforced
Learn simple, powerful tools to reduce the intensity of fear
Gently challenge avoidance behaviours that are keeping the fear alive
Use evidence-based hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques to calm the body’s response
Build confidence and emotional resilience so you feel more in control, wherever you are
Each session is 60 minutes, and sessions are available online or in-person, depending on your preference.
You’ll also receive personalised tools to practise between sessions, so you’re not just learning in the therapy space, but developing long-lasting change in daily life.

My approach blends CBT, hypnotherapy, and practical coping tools so you can rebuild your inner confidence with strength and resilience and creating lasting change, so you can feel calm, confident and resilient.
