I’m Claire King, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in Norfolk. My aim is to support women who feel anxious, stressed, or unsettled by life's changes and who are ready to get grow their inner confidence and resilience to feel strong, empowered and get back in control of life.
My approach blends CBT, hypnotherapy, and practical coping tools so you can rebuild your inner confidence with strength and resilience and creating lasting change, so you can feel calm, confident and resilient.
