This first session is all about clarity, connection, and creating a plan that truly supports you.

By this stage, we’ve already explored what’s brought you here, what you’re experiencing, and what matters most to you. Now, we start moving forward using evidence-based therapeutic tools to help you shift what’s no longer serving you, and to support your mind and body in feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control.
In this 75-minute session, we may begin to:
Work with thought patterns or emotional triggers using CBT-based techniques
Use hypnotherapy to gently access deeper, subconscious responses
Practise calming tools to support your nervous system and reduce overwhelm
Introduce tailored strategies based on your goals and lived experience
Reflect and build on what’s already beginning to shift
Everything we do is collaborative, I’ll guide and support you, but you’re always in the driver’s seat.

I’m Claire King, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in Norfolk. I specialise in helping women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsettled by hormonal changes. Life’s ups and downs can make anxiety louder and confidence smaller, leaving you feeling stuck, stressed, or out of control.
My approach blends CBT, hypnotherapy, and practical coping tools so you can calm racing thoughts, manage phobias, and rebuild confidence. This isn’t just about learning to cope, it’s about creating lasting change, so you can feel calm, in control, and like yourself again.
